Party Croissants
6 cups flour
		
2 packages yeast
		
1 cup sugar
		
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups cold water
2 well beaten eggs
Mix flour and yeast.  Mix 1 cup water with margarine and shortening on stove and 
bring to a boil.  Add sugar, salt, eggs and 1 cup cold water to flour and yeast 
mixture.  Let rise.  (Can be put in refrigerator overnight and rolled the following 
morning.)  Divide dough into three parts.  Roll each into a circle.  Cut into 
12 triangles. Roll from wide side down and turn ends inward.  Let rise.  Bake on 
greased sheet at 325-350 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
