Cup of Good Cheer
1 (3 oz) package lemon jello
 
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 package strawberry
     or lime jello
Ice cubes
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
1 tbsp light rum (optional)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.  Combine 1/2 cup cold water and ice cubes to 
make 1 cup.  Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.  Remove unmelted ice.  
Blend in whipped topping; add rum and nutmeg.  Spoon into punch cups and chill.  
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.  Combine 1/2 cup cold water and ice 
cubes to make 1 cup.  Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.  Remove 
unmelted ice.  Spoon over creamy layer and chill.  Makes 8-10 servings.
