Pizza Crust
1/2 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 package active dry yeast
1 tbsp cooking oil or shortening
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dissolve yeast in water and let stand 5 minutes.  Stir in flour, salt and oil.  
Knead until dough forms a smooth ball.  Let rise in a greased covered bowl in a 
warm place (80 degrees) until doubled in size.  Pat dough in greased 12" pizza pan, 
pressing dough up on sides.  Bake 20-35 minutes at 425 degrees.
