Seafood and Mushrooms
3 tbsp butter or margarine
	
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp green onion tops
	
1/2 lb scallops
1/2 lb shrimp
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp paprika
2-3 cups hot cooked rice
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.  Add mushrooms and garlic.  Cook, stirring 
occasionally until mushrooms are lightly brown and liquid has cooked away (8-10 minutes).  
If scallops are larger than 1 inch, cut them in half.  Add scallops, shrimp, wine and 
paprika to mushrooms and cook, stirring until scallops and shrimp are opaque in center 
(about 3 minutes).  Stir in green onions and tops.  Serve over hot rice.
